Absolutely! Our products are custom made and registered with the Food and Drug Administration in the USA, as well as fully compliant with EU standards.

What is the treatment process?

Our fully trained teeth whitening specialist will have a consultation with you, assessing your current shade. 
Your teeth will be covered with our custom formulated, safe and approved 6% hydrogen peroxide gel.  Our technicians undergo extensive training so the gel is placed on your teeth correctly for maximum results. Now you sit back and relax with your protection glasses on, and we start our dental grade LED light, which will activate the gel and the teeth whitening process begins.
You can safely have a treatment from between 20 and 90 minutes. You and your teeth whitening specialist will discuss your desired results in detail at your appointment. 
All prices shown for our teeth whitening treatments are for up to 90 minutes. 
The treatment will be paused either 2 or 3 times during your appointment, for fresh gel to be applied.

How many shades whiter?

This depends entirely on the persons physiology.  Our customers regularly achieve results of up to 11 shades whiter, with the average improvement being 6-8 shades.  We use a dental grade whitening product, that will whiten your teeth to their natural colour.

How quickly will the results occur?

Your teeth will be whiter immediately after your treatment.

How long will my results last for?

Clients with particularly stained teeth sometimes like to book a follow up treatment. This can be done from 2 weeks after your first one. A $40 discount will be given to all clients who have a second treatment within 6 weeks of their first one. 
Some clients like to maintain the whiteness of their teeth by booking a treatment every 6-12months, and some decide to wait until they notice they are starting to discolour again.
The results of each clients treatment and the duration of how long the results will last for, will vary for all clients, depending on how stained they were prior to the first treatment, as well as your eating and drinking habits.  
Your results will last longer if you refrain from things such as coffee, tea, red wine and smoking.
To keep your teeth whiter for longer, we recommend good oral hygiene, cleaning your teeth twice a day, and drinking plenty of water.

Is there anyone the treatment is not suitable for?

Our products are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under the age of 16.

Are the products cruelty free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All of our products are cruelty free.  Our teeth whitening products are not tested on animals and our manufacturers do not test on animals.

Question 8

Does the treatment fix stains from smoking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, although stains from smoking can often be slightly more difficult to remove, our treatment is effective for most stains caused by smoking.

Does the treatment fix Tetracycline stains?

Accepted Answer

Our treatment can be effective on stains caused by the antibiotic Tetracycline. Our treatment will be more effective if the stains are not too deep within the teeth. Tetracycline stains are often some of the more difficult stains to remove.

Are there any side effects?

Some clients may experience some mild sensitivity during the treatment, and for a couple of days after. This is very rare however, most clients do not experience any discomfort or sensitivity during or after their treatment.
